Long-distance service is available to any destination in Louisiana and the Gulf Coast.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for standard services. For weddings, proms, and large group events, book 2 to 4 weeks ahead to guarantee vehicle availability. Same-day bookings are accepted when vehicles are available.

What is included in the airport transfer rate?

Every airport transfer includes a PAX-certified professional chauffeur, real-time flight monitoring, meet-and-greet at baggage claim, luggage assistance, complimentary bottled water, and up to 30 minutes of complimentary wait time for flight delays.

Do you offer flat-rate pricing?

What does PAX-certified mean?

PAX is the National Limousine Association’s preferred training provider and the industry gold standard for passenger service. Every Jazzy chauffeur completes PAX certification covering defensive driving, passenger safety, customer service, and vehicle inspection protocols.

How many passengers can your vehicles hold?

Our fleet ranges from 3-passenger sedans to 56-passenger motor coaches. Sedans seat 3, SUVs seat 6, stretch limousines seat 8-10, Sprinter vans seat 14, party buses seat 20-30, and motor coaches seat 36-56 passengers.

Can I see the vehicle before booking?

Do you provide wedding transportation?

Yes. We offer comprehensive wedding transportation including bridal party limousines, groomsmen Sprinters, guest shuttle buses, and getaway cars. We serve all New Orleans wedding venues including Race and Religious, the Elms Mansion, Audubon Tea Room, and venues throughout the Garden District and French Quarter.

What is your cancellation policy?

Do you offer corporate accounts?

How long is the drive from MSY Airport to the French Quarter?

The drive from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport to the French Quarter takes approximately 25 to 35 minutes depending on traffic conditions.

Do you provide Mardi Gras transportation?

Yes. We offer Mardi Gras parade shuttle service, party bus rentals for krewe events, and sedan and SUV service throughout the Mardi Gras season. Book early as vehicles fill up fast during Carnival.

Can you transport large groups?

Yes. Our Sprinter vans seat up to 14 passengers, party buses seat up to 30, and motor coaches seat 36-56. For groups larger than 56, we coordinate multi-vehicle programs with centralized dispatching.

Do you offer service to Baton Rouge?

Yes. We provide sedan, SUV, Sprinter, and motor coach service between New Orleans and Baton Rouge. The 90-mile drive takes approximately 90 minutes. LSU game day charters are one of our most popular long-distance services.

Is gratuity included in your rates?

Gratuity is not included in listed rates and is at the discretion of the passenger. Customary gratuity for excellent service is 18 to 20 percent.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), corporate purchase orders for approved accounts, and cash. A valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations.

Do you offer cruise port transfers?

Yes. We provide transfers to and from the Port of New Orleans cruise terminals on Julia Street and Erato Street. Cruise port transfers from most CBD hotels take under 10 minutes.

Can I book a party bus for a birthday?

Absolutely. Our party buses seat 20 to 30 passengers and feature LED lighting, premium sound systems, wet bars, and climate control. Perfect for birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and nightlife tours. Hourly rates start at $150 with a 3-hour minimum.

Do you provide prom limousines?

Yes. Our Chrysler 300 stretch limousines are popular for prom transportation, seating 8-10 students. Prom packages include red carpet service, a photo stop, and the full limousine experience. Book early as prom season fills up quickly.

Do your vehicles have Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi is available on our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans and select motor coaches. All vehicles offer USB charging for mobile devices.

Are your drivers licensed and insured?

Yes. All Jazzy Limousine & Shuttle chauffeurs hold valid commercial driver’s licenses, are fully insured, undergo background checks, drug testing, and maintain PAX certification through the National Limousine Association.

Can I request a specific vehicle?

Yes. You can request a specific vehicle type and model when booking. We will confirm availability and lock in your preferred vehicle.

Do you offer hourly charter service?

Yes. Hourly charters are available for city tours, bar crawls, concert transportation, and multi-stop itineraries. Minimums range from 2 to 4 hours depending on vehicle type.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Our dispatch team monitors every flight using real-time FAA data. If your flight is delayed, your driver’s pickup time adjusts automatically at no additional charge. We include 30 minutes of complimentary wait time for all airport pickups.

Do you serve the Northshore?

Yes. We provide service to Mandeville, Covington, Slidell, Madisonville, and all St. Tammany Parish communities. Northshore to MSY sedan service starts at $125 one way.

Can you accommodate child car seats?

Yes. Please request a child car seat when booking and we will have one installed in your vehicle at no additional charge. We carry rear-facing infant seats, convertible seats, and booster seats.

Do you offer military or veteran discounts?

Yes. We offer a 10 percent discount for active military and veterans on all services. Please mention your military status when booking.

How clean are your vehicles?

Every vehicle is professionally detailed between bookings including interior vacuuming, leather conditioning, glass cleaning, and sanitization. We maintain our fleet to the highest standards in the industry.

What is the minimum booking time?

Point-to-point transfers have no minimum. Hourly charters have minimums ranging from 2 hours for sedans and SUVs to 4 hours for motor coaches. Stretch limousines and party buses require a 3-hour minimum.

Do you offer New Orleans city tours?

Yes. Our chauffeurs can provide narrated tours of the French Quarter, Garden District, Magazine Street, St. Charles Avenue streetcar line, and other iconic New Orleans neighborhoods. Hourly sedan tours start at $75 per hour.
