What Executive Sedan Service Covers

A chauffeured sedan for one or two passengers, booked as a flat-rate airport transfer or by the hour. MSY transfers are $126.50 all-in in a Cadillac CT5 or Mercedes E-Class, or $165.50 in the premium Mercedes S-Class or BMW 7 Series. Hourly starts at $70 with a three-hour minimum, gratuity and fuel additional on hourly work.

Who Books a Sedan

Business travellers in and out of MSY, executives on a multi-stop day, and couples who want the airport run handled without paying for space they will not use. It is the cheapest chauffeured option we run and for two people with normal luggage it is the right one.

What You Get

The same standard as every vehicle in the fleet: a vetted, PAX-certified chauffeur, flight tracking, meet-and-greet at baggage claim, and a price locked before you book. A sedan is a smaller vehicle, not a lesser service.

When to Size Up

Two passengers with more than two large cases, or any third passenger, and you want the SUV at $159 all-in. The $32.50 difference buys room rather than luxury, and arriving with a bag on someone's lap is a poor start to a trip.
