What Executive Sedan Service Covers
A chauffeured sedan for one or two passengers, booked as a flat-rate airport transfer or by the hour. MSY transfers are $126.50 all-in in a Cadillac CT5 or Mercedes E-Class, or $172.00 in the premium Mercedes S-Class or BMW 7 Series. Hourly starts at $70.00* with a three-hour minimum; add 20% gratuity and 10% fuel surcharge.
Who Books a Sedan
Business travellers in and out of MSY, executives on a multi-stop day, and couples who want the airport run handled without paying for space they will not use. It is the cheapest chauffeured option we run and for two people with normal luggage it is the right one.
What You Get
The same standard as every vehicle in the fleet: a vetted, PAX-certified chauffeur, flight tracking, meet-and-greet at baggage claim, and a price locked before you book. A sedan is a smaller vehicle, not a lesser service.
When to Size Up
Two passengers with more than two large cases, or any third passenger, and you want the SUV at $165.50 all-in. The $39.00 difference buys room rather than luxury, and arriving with a bag on someone's lap is a poor start to a trip.

How much does an executive sedan cost in New Orleans?
An MSY airport transfer is $126.50 all-in in a Cadillac CT5 or Mercedes E-Class carrying up to two passengers, or $172.00 in the premium Mercedes S-Class or BMW 7 Series. Hourly charters are $70.00* an hour with a three-hour minimum, which comes to $273.00 all-in for the minimum booking. The asterisk marks the base rate: add a 10% fuel surcharge and 20% chauffeur gratuity, plus the $3 MSY airport fee on airport trips. The airport figures above already include all three.
Is a chauffeured sedan cheaper than Uber from MSY?
For one or two people travelling off-peak, rideshare is usually the cheaper option, and our rates page says the same thing. The sedan's advantage is that the price is fixed before you fly: $126.50 all-in no matter how many flights land at once, whether it is 1 a.m., or whether it is a festival weekend. Off-peak rideshare can beat that number. A surge-priced rideshare on a convention week often does not.
How much luggage fits in an executive sedan?
Two large cases and two carry-ons travel comfortably in the CT5 or E-Class. A third large case, a golf bag or a stroller is the usual reason passengers move up to an SUV at $165.50 all-in. That is a $39.00 difference, and it buys cargo space rather than a nicer car.
Is the sedan shared with other passengers?
No. Every Jazzy sedan is a private vehicle for your party. There is no shared-ride queue, no added stops and no other passenger in the car, whether you booked a $126.50 airport transfer or a three-hour charter.
What is included in the sedan rate?
Real-time flight tracking, meet-and-greet at baggage claim with a name board, luggage assistance and complimentary wait time on airport pickups. Rates are quoted up front and locked when you book, and dispatch is reachable around the clock at 504.320.8448. When should I book an SUV instead of a sedan?
Any third passenger, more than two large cases, or a child travelling in a car seat. The SUV carries up to six passengers for $165.50 all-in to MSY, and from four passengers up it costs less per head than the sedan does.
