What Black SUV Service Covers

A chauffeured SUV with a professional driver, booked either as a flat-rate airport transfer or by the hour. Airport runs to and from MSY are $165.50 all-in for a standard SUV — gratuity and the fuel surcharge included — or $204.50 for the Cadillac Escalade ESV. Hourly work starts at $95.00* with a three-hour minimum all-in of $370.50; add 20% gratuity and 10% fuel surcharge.

When an SUV Is the Right Call

Two to six passengers who want space, or two passengers with a lot of luggage. It is our most-booked vehicle for airport transfers because it handles a family with checked bags where a sedan cannot, without stepping up to a Sprinter you do not need. For corporate pickups it reads better than a sedan without looking like a night out.

What You Get

A PAX-certified chauffeur who knows the city, flight tracking on every airport transfer, meet-and-greet inside at baggage claim rather than a text from a car park, and a rate agreed before you book. We do not surge-price weekends, late arrivals or event dates.

Six Passengers, or Six With Bags

Worth deciding before you book. Six adults fit an SUV. Six adults with six checked bags do not — the third row folds down for cargo, so you are choosing between the back seats and the boot. Four with luggage is comfortable. If you are six with full suitcases, the 14-passenger Executive Sprinter is $278.00 all-in and solves it outright.
