What a Limo Service in New Orleans Costs
As a flat, all-in price: an MSY airport transfer is $126.50 for a sedan (up to 2), $165.50 for an SUV (up to 6), $278 for an Executive Sprinter (up to 14) and $517 for an Executive Bus (up to 23). Hourly charters start at $91 per hour for a sedan with a three-hour minimum. Private city tours are $480 for three hours in a sedan.
Every figure on this page already includes the 10% fuel surcharge and a 20% chauffeur gratuity, and airport trips include the $3 MSY fee. Nothing is added at checkout. The one exception is private city tours, which carry no fuel surcharge and no gratuity; a tip on a tour is optional and defaults to none.

Tours, Game Days and Mardi Gras
Private city tours are priced per vehicle, by the hour, with a three-hour minimum, and carry no fuel surcharge or gratuity: sedan $160/hr ($480), SUV $190/hr ($570), Executive Sprinter $275/hr ($825), Executive Bus $350/hr ($1,050), Executive Bus XL $450/hr ($1,350). Details on the city tours page.
LSU home games are a Baton Rouge round trip with a 10-hour minimum: sedan $910, SUV $1,235, Executive Sprinter $2,340 all-in. See LSU game day transportation.
Mardi Gras parade days carry a $175 surcharge during parade hours, because vehicles have to be positioned around the route before it closes. Jazz Fest, Essence and Sugar Bowl dates are standard rate but sell out weeks ahead.

Yes. Mardi Gras carries a $175 surcharge on parade days and hours, because vehicles must be positioned around the route. LSU home games in Baton Rouge are priced as a round-trip charter with a 10-hour minimum, from $910 for a sedan. Jazz Fest, Essence and Sugar Bowl dates are quoted at standard rates but sell out early, so book when your dates are fixed.
Is a booked car cheaper than rideshare from the airport?
Off-peak rideshare is usually cheaper for one or two people. When flights land together, during conventions, and on festival weekends rideshare is priced at the moment you request it and regularly exceeds the flat $126.50. The flat rate is agreed before you fly and does not move.
