This is what the stretch is for. Wedding parties between ceremony and reception, prom groups, milestone birthdays and anniversary dinners: occasions where arriving is part of the evening and photographs matter. For getting from one place to another with no ceremony attached, an SUV does the same job for less.
Book Early, and Know Why
There is one stretch limousine, not a fleet of them. Saturdays in April and May (prom and wedding season) go first, often months ahead. If your date is fixed and the limo is part of the plan, book it before anything else on the list.
Where It Can and Cannot Go
A stretch cannot navigate most of the French Quarter: narrow streets, one-way systems and event closures. We stage pickups on Canal Street or at your hotel entrance and dispatch names the corner when you book. Everywhere else across the metro is straightforward.

How much does it cost to rent a stretch limo in New Orleans?
The base rate is $150.00* an hour, which is $195.00 all-in per hour once the 10% fuel surcharge and 20% chauffeur gratuity are added. The minimum booking is four hours, so the least a stretch limousine can be out is $780.00 all-in. As an airport transfer, MSY is $304.00 all-in for up to eight passengers.
How many passengers fit in a stretch limousine?
Eight. The Chrysler 300 stretch seats eight with a bar, fibre-optic and LED lighting, a privacy partition and a connectable sound system. For a group larger than eight the Limo Sprinter carries 12 at $200.00* an hour with a four-hour minimum, and the Limo Party Bus carries 24 at $287.50* an hour, also on a four-hour minimum.
What is the minimum booking for a stretch limo?
Four hours. Sedans, SUVs and the Executive Sprinter are three hours; the stretch limousine, Limo Sprinter, Executive Bus and party buses are four; a motorcoach is five. After the minimum, time is billed on the clock from pickup to final drop, in 15-minute increments, so a night that runs long is charged in quarters of an hour rather than whole ones.
Is a stretch limo or a party bus better for a group in New Orleans?
It depends on the size and the occasion. The stretch seats eight and is the right vehicle when the arrival is part of the evening (weddings, proms, milestone birthdays, anniversary dinners) and photographs matter. The Limo Party Bus seats 24 and is built for a larger group that wants to move between stops all night. If your party is under eight and the point is getting there rather than arriving, an SUV does the job for less.
