Short answer: for the Zurich Classic of New Orleans at TPC Louisiana, the tournament lists public parking at NOLA Motorsports on Nicolle Blvd. for $20 per automobile from Thursday through Sunday, with a public parking shuttle to the course. Rideshare and drop-off traffic uses the eastbound side of Lapalco Blvd. just before the entrance. If you would rather skip the lot and the shuttle, a chauffeured vehicle from our Zurich Classic transportation service rides to the same Lapalco approach. Everything below comes from the tournament's own pages, and we note where a detail is dated.
Zurich Classic parking: what the tournament publishes for 2027
The Zurich Classic of New Orleans is played at TPC Louisiana, 11001 Lapalco Blvd., Avondale, LA 70094, on the West Bank of the Mississippi River. The tournament's parking and directions page is headed with the dates April 19 to 25, 2027. That is the week to plan Zurich Classic parking around, and the exact daily schedule is set by the tournament and the PGA TOUR.
One honest caution before the details. Tournament sites are often refreshed in stages, and a page can carry a new year in its heading while some details are carried over from the previous year. We checked the pages on October 31, 2026. Treat what follows as the tournament's current published plan, and confirm it on zurichgolfclassic.com once the week is close.

Zurich Classic parking at NOLA Motorsports and the public shuttle
For most spectators who drive, Zurich Classic parking means the public lot at NOLA Motorsports. The tournament lists it at 11075 Nicolle Blvd. in Avondale, open Thursday through Sunday at $20 per automobile, paid on site. The same page lists a public parking shuttle that runs Thursday through Sunday from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Patrons coming from NOLA Motorsports use the Nicolle Blvd. gate, which the tournament says enters the course at the 3rd hole.
Two practical points follow from that.
Your day has a built-in transfer. Park, wait for the shuttle, ride, walk through the gate. None of those steps is long on its own, but they add up, and they repeat at the end of the day when the whole crowd leaves at once. Plan the return as carefully as the arrival.
The 3rd hole entrance is not the front gate. If your group is meeting someone who arrives by another route, agree on a meeting point inside the grounds, not "at the entrance," because there is more than one. The tournament lists gates on both Lapalco Blvd. and Nicolle Blvd.
On Monday through Wednesday the tournament lists free public parking at the Lapalco Sponsor Lot, 11001 Lapalco Blvd. That suits practice-round visitors, and it is the simplest week for self-driving.
Zurich Classic parking for sponsor lots, valet and credentials
Several options on the tournament page require a credential. Sponsor lot parking at NOLA Motorsports and at the Lapalco lot, Thursday to Sunday, requires a sponsor lot credential, and the Lapalco lot passes are issued outside the front gate on Lapalco. Valet uses the front gate and TPC Clubhouse entrance and also requires a parking credential.
We are not going to quote 2027 credential prices, because we could not verify them. For reference, the tournament's ticket page for the 2026 tournament listed a one-day Sponsor Lot Parking Pass at $50 and a week-long VIP Valet Parking Pass at $500, with physical hangtags mailed to the purchaser. Those are 2026 figures and may change. If your company holds hospitality or sponsor credentials, ask the tournament office which parking applies to your group before you decide how everyone travels.
Rideshare, taxis and chauffeured drop-off
The tournament lists the rideshare drop-off and pick-up point as the right side of the eastbound lane of Lapalco Blvd., just before the golf course entrance. That is where app-based rides are directed, and it is a single curbside area serving a large crowd.
Three things to know if you plan to ride this way.
- Pick-up is the weak point. Drop-off is quick. Pick-up at the end of a day concentrates thousands of people on one stretch of road, and app wait times follow demand. If your group must be somewhere by a set time, do not make the return trip depend on a surge-priced app.
- Your driver has to find you. In a crowd, agree on a fixed landmark near the pick-up area and share your location by text, not by describing what you are wearing.
- Take a screenshot of the plan. Phone coverage around a large event can slow down. Save the address and your driver's number before you arrive.
A chauffeured vehicle uses the same Lapalco approach, and your chauffeur confirms the exact drop-off and return-pickup point with you before the date, because the tournament controls access around the property. The difference is that your vehicle is already assigned to you. It does not need a new match when you walk out, and the chauffeur is on the phone with you instead of a stranger in a queue.
Accessibility and drop-off requests
The tournament says patrons who need wheelchair access should call the Tournament Office at 504-342-3000 to arrange drop-off, and it lists handicap parking at the NOLA Motorsports public lot. If a guest in your group needs this, make that call before the week and tell your chauffeur what was arranged so the plan matches.
What you can and cannot bring
Zurich Classic parking and drop-off planning is wasted if a bag is turned away at the gate. The tournament's policies page says:
- Backpacks and chair bags are prohibited.
- Opaque bags larger than 6 by 6 by 6 inches are not permitted.
- Clear totes and other carry items larger than 12 by 6 by 12 inches are not permitted.
- Lawn or oversized chairs, seat cushions, coolers, outside food or beverages (except for medical or infant needs), alcohol and several other items are on the prohibited list.
- Prohibited items are confiscated, and the page says to leave them in your car. Confiscated items are held at the entrance gates at Lapalco Blvd. and Nicolle Blvd. until 7:00 p.m.
If your group is arriving in a vehicle, that is useful: the vehicle becomes your locker. Anything you cannot carry in can stay in the Sprinter or SUV until you return. If you arrive by shuttle, you do not have that option and the item is confiscated.
Zurich Classic parking, shuttle or chauffeur: which fits which group
Here is how we would think about it.
A foursome who wants the simplest day. If you are driving, the public lot and shuttle works, at $20 per automobile on tournament days. If anyone in the group wants a drink with lunch, a chauffeured SUV removes the question of who drives home.
A corporate hospitality group. Hospitality guests arrive across a window, not all at once, and they should not be sorting out parking. A chauffeured Sprinter or bus from the hotel to the Lapalco approach keeps the group together, and a return pickup time is agreed in advance. For the planning side, read our Zurich Classic week planning guide for groups and corporate hospitality.
Visitors staying in the French Quarter or CBD. The course is across the river. Parking is only one part of the problem, and the river crossing is the larger one. Our guide to getting from the French Quarter, the CBD and MSY to TPC Louisiana covers timing and the options.
Flying in. Landing at MSY and driving a rental car to Avondale means parking at the end of it. A transfer from the airport to TPC Louisiana avoids that. Our MSY airport transportation page explains how airport pickups work.
What a chauffeured ride costs for Zurich week
For transfers to or from TPC Louisiana during Zurich week, April 19 to 25, 2027, we charge a flat all-in rate per vehicle, with no separate West Bank fee and no separate TPC fee. A few examples:
| Vehicle | Seats | Flat all-in rate |
|---|---|---|
| SUV | Up to 6 | $370.50 |
| Executive Sprinter | Up to 14 | $585 |
| Executive Bus | Up to 23 | $819 |
| Motorcoach | Up to 56 | $1,852.50 |
The rate is per vehicle, not per person. Divide it by your headcount and compare it with the cost of parking multiple cars at $20 each plus the time spent on the shuttle. The full list is on the Zurich Classic transportation page.
A simple Zurich Classic parking and arrival plan
- The night before: Check the tournament's Zurich Classic parking page and policies page for any changes. Pack to the bag limits.
- Pick a return window, not a minute. The best time to leave is rarely the same as the time you plan to leave.
- Share contact details. Everyone in the group should have the driver's number, or one person should be the contact for all.
- Leave extra time at the start of the day. Arriving early is easy to fix. Arriving late is not.
