Who Our Zurich Classic Transportation Serves

Every group has a different problem to solve. The vehicle changes, but the goal stays the same: everyone arrives together, on time and without a parking search.

Corporate hospitality

Client tents, sponsor groups and company outings need on-time arrivals and a single point of contact. We run multi-vehicle moves from one booking, with a chauffeur assigned to each vehicle.

Corporate car service

Groups and foursomes

Friends, families and golf clubs ride together in an SUV, a Sprinter or a bus, so nobody has to be the designated driver and nobody pays $20 to park after sitting in traffic.

Sprinter van service

VIPs and executives

Premium sedans and premium SUVs for guests who want a quiet, discreet arrival and a chauffeur who knows the plan before the car door opens.

Black car service

Airport arrivals from MSY

Land at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International, meet your chauffeur at the airport and ride straight to TPC Louisiana or to your hotel first. Flight tracking is part of the service.

MSY airport transportation

French Quarter and CBD hotels

Most visitors stay across the river. We pick up at the hotel, cross the Mississippi to the West Bank and bring you back after the last group of the day.

Hotel transfers

Social groups and celebrations

A bachelor party, a birthday or a reunion built around tournament week can ride in a Limo Party Bus. Hourly charters that week carry a six-hour minimum.

One Vehicle, One Arrival

A group that splits across three cars arrives in three waves and leaves in three waves. A Sprinter or an executive bus keeps your group together, gives you somewhere to leave jackets and rain gear, and puts one chauffeur on the phone for your return pickup.

Our fleet is built for this: SUVs for foursomes, Sprinters for corporate groups and buses or motorcoaches for large hospitality groups. See every vehicle on our fleet page.

Zurich Week Flat Rates and Vehicle Guide

How Booking Zurich Classic Transportation Works

Start with the booking form or call 504.320.8448. For a one-way transfer use point-to-point, for an all-day vehicle use hourly, and for an arrival at MSY use airport.

1

Send your details

Tell us the date, the pickup address, the group size and whether you need a one-way transfer, a round trip or an all-day charter.

2

We confirm the vehicle and the flat rate

We match the vehicle to your headcount and luggage, then confirm the flat all-in rate for your vehicle in writing before you commit.

3

We build the schedule with you

Pickup time, drop-off point and return time are set together, with a buffer for the river crossing and the tournament-day approach.

4

Your chauffeur handles the rest

The chauffeur meets you at the agreed pickup, drives to TPC Louisiana and stays reachable by phone for your return pickup.

Getting to TPC Louisiana: Logistics That Matter

The course is not downtown. A few planning points make the difference between a calm arrival and a stressed one.

The West Bank crossing

TPC Louisiana sits on the West Bank, so a ride from the French Quarter, the CBD or most hotels crosses the Mississippi River. Our dispatch team plans around the crossing and the final approach on Lapalco Blvd. instead of quoting one travel time for every hour of the day.

Pickup timing and buffer

Work backward from the time you need to be at the gate, not from the first tee time. We set the pickup time with you and add a buffer for the river crossing and the approach, because arriving early is easy to fix and arriving late is not.

Drop-off and pick-up

The tournament lists a rideshare drop-off and pick-up zone on the right side of the eastbound lane of Lapalco Blvd. before the entrance, with gates on Lapalco Blvd. and Nicolle Blvd. We confirm your exact drop-off and return-pickup point before your date, and your chauffeur is reachable by phone all day.

The return trip

The end of the day is when everyone leaves at once. For a return pickup, agree on a window, not a minute, and keep your chauffeur updated by text. For corporate groups we suggest an all-day charter so the vehicle waits for you.

What to bring

The tournament does not allow backpacks or chair bags and limits bag sizes. Review the tournament policies before you pack, and leave prohibited items at the hotel.

Frequently Asked Questions

When is the Zurich Classic of New Orleans in 2027?

The tournament website lists the Zurich Classic of New Orleans for April 19-25, 2027, at TPC Louisiana in Avondale. Daily start times and pairings are published by the PGA TOUR and the tournament, so confirm them there as the week approaches. We build your pickup times around the schedule you are working to.

Where is TPC Louisiana and how far is it from the French Quarter?

TPC Louisiana is at 11001 Lapalco Blvd., Avondale, LA 70094, on the West Bank of the Mississippi River. From the French Quarter, the CBD or most downtown hotels the trip crosses the river, which is why we plan an extra buffer into every pickup time rather than quoting a single travel time.

How much is Zurich Classic transportation?

During Zurich week, April 19-25, 2027, transfers to or from TPC Louisiana are a flat all-in rate per vehicle: Sedan $273, Premium Sedan $331.50, SUV $370.50, Premium SUV $487.50, Stretch Limo $585, Executive Sprinter $585, Limo Sprinter $780, Executive Bus $819, Executive Bus XL $1,072.50, Limo Party Bus $1,121.25, Limo Party Bus XL $1,560 and Motorcoach $1,852.50. There is no separate West Bank fee and no separate TPC fee.

What does the flat rate include?

The flat rate is per vehicle, not per person, and it is all-in: gratuity and fuel are already included, with no West Bank fee and no TPC fee on top. Because the rate is set by the vehicle, a full vehicle costs the same as a half-full one.

Do you offer hourly or all-day service during Zurich week?

Yes. Hourly and charter bookings during Zurich week carry a six-hour minimum, and there is no separate West Bank fee on an hourly booking to TPC Louisiana. That suits groups who want the vehicle and chauffeur at their disposal for the day, for example a hospitality group with a morning arrival and an evening return.

Is there parking at the Zurich Classic?

The tournament publishes its own parking plan. For the 2027 dates, zurichgolfclassic.com lists public parking at NOLA Motorsports (11075 Nicolle Blvd., Avondale) for $20 per automobile Thursday through Sunday, with a public-parking shuttle to the course, and free public parking at the Lapalco Sponsor Lot on Monday through Wednesday. Check the tournament's parking page for the current details before you travel. With a chauffeured vehicle you skip the parking and shuttle step entirely.

Where do you drop us off and pick us up?

The tournament lists a rideshare drop-off and pick-up area on the right side of the eastbound lane of Lapalco Blvd., just before the course entrance, and gates on Lapalco Blvd. and Nicolle Blvd. We confirm the exact drop-off and return-pickup point for your vehicle with you before your date, because the tournament controls access around the property. Guests who need wheelchair access are asked to call the Tournament Office at 504-342-3000 to arrange drop-off.

Can you pick us up from the airport and take us to TPC Louisiana?

Yes. We meet arriving guests at Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) and drive straight to TPC Louisiana, or to your hotel first. The Zurich-week flat rate applies to the TPC transfer by vehicle. Airport-pickup, late-night and early-morning fees apply as they normally do, and we confirm every line of the quote before you book.

How early should we book Zurich Classic transportation?

As early as your plans are firm. Tournament week is a busy week for hotels and groups across the metro area, and larger vehicles are limited. Booking early lets us assign the right vehicle and a chauffeur for your group, and we can adjust times as your schedule firms up.

What should my group know about the tournament's bag policy?

The tournament site says backpacks and chair bags are not permitted, and it limits opaque bags to 6 by 6 by 6 inches and clear totes to 12 by 6 by 12 inches. Prohibited items are confiscated at the gates, so leave them in the vehicle or at the hotel. Read the current policy on zurichgolfclassic.com before you go.

Do you have child seats?

Yes, child seats are available for $25 per seat. Request them when you book so the right seat is in the vehicle.

How does the Zurich Classic work, and do I need tickets?

The Zurich Classic of New Orleans is the PGA TOUR's team event, played by two-player teams who alternate between four-ball and foursomes formats; the tournament and the PGA TOUR publish the schedule, field and format details. We do not sell tickets or grounds passes, so buy those through the official tournament website. Once you have them, we take care of getting your group to and from TPC Louisiana.

Is TPC Louisiana the same as the Zurich Classic course, and how do I get there?

Yes. TPC Louisiana, also written TPC of Louisiana, is the tournament venue at 11001 Lapalco Blvd., Avondale, LA 70094. It is a short drive from the West Bank but a river crossing from downtown New Orleans, so most visitors arrive by chauffeured vehicle, rideshare, or the public-parking shuttle. A booked vehicle gives you a fixed rate and a set pickup time instead of surge pricing and rideshare queues.

Which hotels do you serve for Zurich Classic week?

We pick up from French Quarter, CBD and Warehouse District hotels, airport hotels near MSY, and hotels and rental homes on the West Bank near the course. Tell us the address when you book and we confirm the flat rate and pickup time for your vehicle.
