Festival & Event Transportation
New Orleans runs on festivals. We handle the transportation so your group arrives together, on time, and without parking or rideshare surge pricing.
Festivals We Cover
From single sedans to multi-vehicle shuttle programs, we move festival groups of any size. Dedicated vehicles stay with your party for as-directed service, or run continuous loops between your hotel and the venue.
Festival weekends book out well in advance. Reserve early for Jazz Fest, French Quarter Fest, Essence Festival, and Mardi Gras.
Festival Transportation FAQ
How much does festival transportation cost in New Orleans?
All-in per hour, with gratuity and the fuel surcharge already included: a sedan is $91.00 with a three-hour minimum ($273.00), an SUV is $123.50 (minimum $370.50), an Executive Mercedes Sprinter for up to 14 is $195.00 (minimum $585.00), an Executive Bus for up to 23 is $273.00 (minimum $1,092.00), and a 24-passenger Limo Party Bus is $373.75 (minimum $1,495.00). Sedans, SUVs and Sprinters book three hours; buses and party buses book four.
Does the price go up on festival weekends?
Jazzy does not surge-price festival weekends, late nights or event dates. Jazz Fest, French Quarter Fest and Essence Festival dates are quoted at the standard rates above. The single published exception is Mardi Gras, where parade days and parade hours carry a $175 surcharge because vehicles have to be positioned around the route before it closes.
How do street closures affect festival pickups and drop-offs?
Festival closures are set by the city and change from year to year, so dispatch confirms your exact drop and pickup point when you book rather than publishing a fixed corner. Large vehicles stage outside the closed zone and the chauffeur names the meeting spot before you get in, so nobody is standing at a barricade looking for a car that cannot reach them.
Can you run a shuttle loop between our hotel and the festival?
Yes. For groups larger than one vehicle, the usual program is a continuous loop between a hotel block and the venue gates with the vehicle and chauffeur dedicated to your group for the block you reserve. Tell dispatch the hotel, the headcount and the times you want to move and the loop is built around them.
How early should I book a festival vehicle?
As soon as your dates are fixed. Festival weekends are quoted at standard rates but the fleet sells out weeks ahead, and the large vehicles — Executive Bus, party buses, motorcoach — go first because there are fewer of them. Booking early is also what locks the rate and the itinerary.
Which New Orleans festivals and events do you cover?
Jazz Fest, French Quarter Fest, Essence Festival, Mardi Gras, the Sugar Bowl, the Bayou Classic, Celebration in the Oaks, and Saints and LSU game days, along with conventions at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. Single sedans and SUVs are booked for smaller groups; Sprinters, buses and party buses carry larger ones.
